Bore Bump Replacement and Entire Complex Closure
On Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th of May, the entire complex will be closed to the public. This also includes The Spa, Information Centre and Tea Kiosk Café & Grill. The Spa and our Lap Pool will also be closed on Monday 13th May.
The reason for this closure is that we need to replace our bore pump. This is the pump that is drawing thermal water from approximately 200 metres underground and bringing that water up to the surface, and into our pools.
It is an essential piece of equipment, and being so far underground and needing full replacement alongside work on the pipes, it is a project that takes some time.
The new bore pump will ensure we continue to have a secure and efficient thermal water source.

AquaTherapy Pool Closure
Our AquaTherapy pools are closed for re-surfacing and we expect them to reopen at the end of May. The construction may create some noise and dust during this time, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
As these are our only adults-only pools, from Saturday the 4th we will have two of the Cascade Pools as adults only while the AquaTherapy pools are closed.

The Spa Changing Room Upgrade and Closure
Reminder to all Spa Customers visiting us from the 16th of May onwards: please note that we will be in the process of re-doing both our Changing rooms, which means they will not be in use for two weeks from the 16th of May – during this time our spa customers will be changing directly in the treatment rooms. Please note this also means that there is no access to our showers or locker facilities during this period. If you are visiting the thermal pools, those changing facilities are open as usual.
